Cancellation Policy

At Wave Holistics, every appointment is reserved especially for you. As a small business, last-minute cancellations and changes can have a significant impact, as it is often difficult to fill an appointment slot at short notice. 

Late Arrival

Arriving late for an appointment will result in a shorter treatment time, so please ensure you are prompt. 

Cancellations

We kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. There will be no cancellation charge if you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, otherwise cancellation charges will apply, as laid out below:

• Within 48 hours of your appointment: 50% of the treatment fee will be charged
• Within 24 hours of your appointment or failure to attend: 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.
